In my current role at Ultra Cleaning Sdn Bhd, I process and verify staff expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy, while handling DO/SO and supplier invoice data entry and keeping financial records organized for audit readiness.

Previously, I supported marketing and client-facing operations as an MNH Marketing Specialist, where I handled leads, maintained professional follow-ups, and managed appointment scheduling with accurate booking records. At Watson’s Personal Care Stores, I served as an Assistant Supervisor—supervising daily operations, managing inventory and stock orders, conducting regular audits, and resolving issues through conflict resolution and problem-solving. I bring a practical mindset from my academic background in Business Studies and Management (UiTM Bandaraya Melaka) and I’m motivated to keep growing professionally through roles that value precision, reliability, and service quality.
