What I'm looking for

I seek HR roles where I can apply payroll and HRIS experience, grow into broader HR responsibilities, work in collaborative teams, and contribute to process improvement and employee experience.

I am a Junior HR Executive with hands-on experience supporting payroll administration, statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF), employee records management for local and foreign staff, and HR system transitions.

At Li Rex (DIY) Sdn. Bhd. (iPainter) I assisted payroll for ~200 employees, supported the successful migration from Invotime to TimeTec, improved documentation accuracy, and coordinated with Finance and management on payroll and employee movement matters.

My background in Human Sciences sharpened my research and communication skills and I bring adaptability, tech-savviness (HRIS, SQL, Microsoft Office), and a people-focused approach to roles that improve employee experience and operational excellence.
