I currently test large-format printer firmware and software at Beyondsoft, running manual functional, regression, and smoke testing in TestRail. I validate functionality across hardware models and firmware versions, including USB, driver-based, and port 9100 printing.

Previously at Oneempower, I supported DBS Bank’s One Loyalty System and PayLah mobile wallet by designing test cases, testing web fixes and enhancements, and performing transaction-enquiry API testing with SoapUI. I also managed QA release activities through Eclipse, GitLab, and QA-server deployments.

Across banking, fintech, and firmware environments, I produce reproducible Jira bug reports, track coverage in Excel, and coordinate test plans around release deadlines. I began my QA career at Finexus Group, creating test cases and reporting issues ahead of UAT.
