Conducted comprehensive UAT for bank teller systems, verifying core functionalities including cash withdrawal, deposit transactions, and cheque processing to ensure business requirements were met. Designed and executed detailed test cases focused on end-user scenarios for teller operations, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of financial transactions.

Led a project to test and migrate new features to enhance banking applications and systems in each release. Involved in regression testing for mobile and web applications for BAU transactions like transfers, e-wallet, withdrawals, FD, and Tabung Haji.

Proficiently conducted end-to-end testing for telecommunications software, specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), offering modules and products. Created detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans to provide maximum coverage.

Created test plans and executed testing to ensure that all rate plans and offers were available after migration. Identified the most appropriate solution for testing via CRM, CBS, and other related systems.

Ensured all requirements were adequately verified and documented within scope. Identified end-to-end test cases, regression suites, and system test cases.

Graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris. This program provided a strong foundation in software development principles and practices.

Completed Computer Science Matriculation at Penang Matriculation College, graduating in April 2016. This program provided foundational knowledge in computer science.
