What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply and develop my software testing skills and knowledge, gain exposure to new experiences, and make an outstanding contribution to the company's success.

I'm supporting FWD Singapore at FWD Technology and Innovation Malaysia, conducting UAT, regression, front-end, and back-end testing for high-quality user experiences. I validate requirements with business analysts and developers, document defects in Jira, and provide timely hotfix testing support.

Previously, I tested OCBC Bank's iOS, Android, and web applications at Tentacle Tech, including QR payment, bill payment, and the Cross Border QR payment project for OCBC OneApp. I've also performed UAT and reported system defects in loan operations at United Overseas Bank, and contributed to a task-monitoring web project during my internship at Petroliam Nasional Berhad.
