Executed functional, integration, regression, UAT and exploratory testing for an HRMS 2.0 portal, ensuring traceability to requirements and driving defect resolution through JIRA. Coordinated test execution, produced test reports, and improved testing methodologies to increase overall quality.

Developed and executed test plans and test cases for Maybank corporate web applications, documented defects, and assisted in analysis to ensure software quality met customer requirements. Performed manual and basic automated test execution and quality evaluations.

Executed testing for a new investment system (SCD) including environment and data requirements, facilitated manual testing with end users, and tracked defects in JIRA until closure. Coordinated with project teams to ensure timely defect resolution.

Supported receipt management system enhancements and multi-country rollouts by coordinating testing, performing API testing with Postman/SOAPUI, and maintaining test cases and data across staging and preproduction environments. Reported defects and worked with development teams to resolve issues.
