Nuno Serafim

My name is Nuno Serafim, a passionate healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing. I have been working as a General Nurse at the University Hospital of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust since April 2016, where I have gained invaluable experience in various medical fields, including hematology, cardiology, gastroenterology, geriatrics, and elective surgery. This role has allowed me to develop my technical skills and adapt to different hospital environments, enhancing my ability to provide high-quality patient care.

In addition to my nursing experience, I am currently working as a Travel Consultant at ICLIGO, where I apply my interpersonal skills and attention to detail to assist clients in planning their journeys. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Escola Superior Saúde de Portalegre and a diploma in Customer Support. I am fluent in Portuguese and English, with a working knowledge of Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
