What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business development, sales, fintech, or customer relationship role where I can grow customers, generate revenue, build strong client relationships, and contribute to commercial strategy and team performance.

At Tiqpayment MFB, I drive customer acquisition, loan generation, merchant acquisition, and revenue growth. I exceeded an ₦8 million monthly loan-generation target by delivering ₦10 million, opened 80 customer accounts, and onboarded two merchants.

I build relationships with corporate and retail clients, match customer needs to financial and payment solutions, and support credit evaluation, loan processing, monitoring, and recovery. I also developed sector-focused gateway and event proposals to generate leads and strengthen merchant engagement.

My experience spans fintech, gas, and energy, including business development at Better Gas and revenue protection roles at Access Power Systems and Abuja Electricity Distribution Company. I've led field teams, investigated revenue leakages, supported recovery initiatives, and resolved customer billing and service issues.

I bring more than eight years of commercial, customer relationship, sales, and team coordination experience, supported by training in banking operations, credit appraisal, negotiation, and customer experience.
