I’m a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience as an Executive Assistant and Sales Development Representative. I bring strengths in communication, scheduling, cold calling, and negotiation, with an organized approach to handling multiple administrative and sales-related tasks.

In my SDR work, I conducted cold calls to generate leads and negotiated with prospects to build long-term relationships. I also collaborated with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies, while maintaining strong organization for follow-up and reporting.

In addition, I managed VEA email & calendar workflows—handling professional email follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and sending calendar invitations. I supported team collaboration and ensured timely completion of daily responsibilities, logistics/supply chain report management, and problem-solving as needs came up.
