At the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), I serve as Acting Deputy Director: Information Services and Support. I lead the development and governance of knowledge management platforms and coordinate information and capacity-building initiatives for career development.

Previously, as Knowledge Manager at the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), I established the Knowledge Management Unit for Career Advise Services and maintained CRM systems, web content and knowledge repositories. Across public-sector, higher-education and professional-regulatory settings, I've supported research, information services and career development programmes.
