I am an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in providing excellent service and resolving customer queries. Throughout my career, I have developed strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering results in line with strategic initiatives and overall organizational vision.

During my time at Advance Careers and Development Recruitment Agency, I worked as a Secretary, where I was responsible for liaising with clients and training delegates. I provided exceptional customer service, handled client inquiries, and managed invoicing and payments. Additionally, I gained experience in administrative tasks such as typing documents and answering telephone calls.

At Eswatini Electricity Company, I worked as a Call Centre Agent, where I excelled in answering telephone calls and addressing customer queries. I was responsible for capturing and updating customer information, as well as liaising with other companies through emails and social media. I consistently provided quality service and effectively resolved customer issues.

In my role as a Standby Operator at the Stonehenge Depot of Eswatini Electricity Company, I further honed my customer service skills by attending to walk-in customer queries and providing support to internal staff. I also gained experience in dispatching and ensuring efficient operations.
