What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality or front-office role where I can lead day-to-day operations, ensure accurate cash and reporting, and deliver consistently warm guest service while continuing my Education & Leadership studies.

I’m a customer-focused hospitality and front-office professional, valued for cashiering accuracy, front desk operations, guest relations, and hands-on restaurant management. I consistently welcome and assist clients professionally, handle payments responsibly, and keep daily processes running smoothly with a calm, service-first approach.

As Manager at Paradise Restaurant (Paradise Hotel), I supervised daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery. I managed staff schedules, handled customer complaints to protect guest satisfaction, and oversaw cash handling, daily sales reporting, and stock control—while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Earlier, I worked as a Front Desk Officer at Jubilee Insurance, where I welcomed clients, received and processed payments for insurance services, and managed customer inquiries. I handled phone calls and appointments, maintained client records with accurate documentation, and provided clear information in a courteous, professional manner.

I also built strong foundations as a Cashier at Aroma Restaurant by issuing receipts, balancing daily cash reports, and supporting customers with friendly service. In parallel, I’ve worked part-time as a French teacher, and I’m currently pursuing distance postgraduate studies in Education and Leadership Management because I want to grow my leadership skills without interrupting my work.
