What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote data entry and virtual assistant work where I can deliver fast, accurate typing and meticulous records, support billing/CRM processes, and handle customer queries with strong cross-cultural communication for UK and Nigeria teams.

I’m an administrative and operations professional with 12+ years’ experience maintaining accurate records, processing billing and financial data, and resolving customer queries across the energy and banking sectors in Nigeria and the UK. I bring a consistent record of accuracy under regulatory scrutiny and tight deadlines.

In my current Operations Project Manager role, I maintain accurate project, budget, and stakeholder records across a 630MW power generation portfolio, working across multiple reporting and finance systems daily. I coordinate correspondence and scheduling with international donor partners and senior stakeholders, tracking actions through to completion.

Earlier, at an electricity distribution company, I coordinated data migration and validation during a billing system transition to keep records accurate through changeover. I also investigated and resolved customer billing discrepancies for high-value accounts, maintaining detailed case and correspondence records, while supporting smart metering compliance documentation.

From my banking background, I supported an energy-sector lending portfolio by maintaining client and transaction records for credit and regulatory reporting, processing project finance and FOREX documentation, and tracking portfolio data for risk and revenue reporting. I’m PRINCE2 Practitioner–trained, process-driven, and I’m now seeking remote data entry and virtual assistant work where fast, accurate typing and cross-cultural communication across UK and Nigeria can make an immediate impact.
