I am a communications and customer correspondence management (CCM) professional with over a decade of experience designing, developing, and delivering high-volume customer communications. I specialize in OpenText Exstream, StreamServe and CSF Designer across enterprise engagements.

I combine deep technical expertise with proven leadership: I have led teams, driven migrations, created proofs of concept, and owned delivery plans while working in both Agile and Waterfall environments. I hold SAFe® 6 Agilist certification and have been recognized for delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

My technical strengths include document and template design, complex data mapping (XML, columnar, delimited), output processing (batch and on-demand), and integrations with ECM systems such as Hyland OnBase. I am experienced in system administration, production support, performance testing, and preparing technical estimates and design documents.
