At Fidelity Investments, I designed reusable Quadient Inspire templates for customer communications across print, email, and digital channels. I also built data-driven UI pages with Dynamic Communications.
I led a modernization initiative migrating templates and data streams from OpenText Exstream to Quadient Inspire, and migrated business-critical WFD variations to secure cloud endpoints. My work included XML Schemas, JSON payloads, Oracle updates, and deployment checks with Jenkins and uDeploy.
Earlier, I developed enterprise web applications at Infosys and designed corporate website interfaces at WeKnow.com. I’m interested in making communications accurate and usable across channels, drawing on my experience in CCM development, web engineering, and quality validation.
