At Smart Communications / Centene, I design, develop, and enhance SmartCOMM templates for Medicare member communications, with attention to CMS compliance and high-volume document generation.
For AZDES State of Arizona, AZ (Deloitte), I worked as a SmartComm Product Owner/Dev Lead on the migration from Eloquence to SmartComm. I created high-level designs and a migration framework, led a team of six developers, and integrated SmartComm with Salesforce and Mulesoft.
At Empower, CO, I supported the migration from Thunderhead to Smart Communications, coordinating delivery and integration with Guidewire. I also worked on Thunderhead forms for Kemper Insurance and Allianz, and member documents at Cambia Health Solutions.
I began in software testing roles, preparing and executing test cases for clients including Davita, Bank of America, and GE Energy Services. My work has included CCM development and integration, document generation, and functional, regression, and system testing.
