I've led DCAS Notices operations and development for the District of Columbia Department of Healthcare Finance since 2014, delivering consumer communications for Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and health-benefit programs. I migrated more than 150 notice templates from SAP Business Objects to HP/OpenText Exstream and support releases, production operations, and failed-notice reconciliation.
I've upgraded Exstream from 9.0.109 to 16.6.2 and 23.3, configured production engines and web-service data channels, and am supporting migration to OpenText Communications 26.x. Earlier, I built SAP Business Objects reporting, universes, dashboards, and administration solutions for Catholic Health Initiatives, DC DHS, and the City and County of Denver.
