I’m looking for a fast-paced support role where I can troubleshoot smart-home devices, resolve issues via voice/chat/email, and help customers while meeting clear quality and performance KPIs.

I’m a Call Center and Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in troubleshooting smart home devices. I deliver clear, step-by-step solutions across voice, chat, and email while keeping service quality high.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as a Call Center / Technical Support Agent at Teleperformance. On the ASOS account, I supported orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries in a fast-paced environment, consistently maintaining strong customer satisfaction and performance.

On RING (part of Amazon), I provided technical support for Ring smart home devices via Voice, Chat, and Email using Salesforce. I diagnosed and resolved complex technical hardware and software issues, translated technical solutions into simple instructions, and consistently met quality and performance KPIs, including supporting new joiners during onboarding.
