At Lumen Digital Enterprise, I manage documentation and billing for an AI receptionist platform, checking charges against agreed rates, confirming supporting paperwork, issuing invoices, and resolving discrepancies before clients see them.
I’m the point of contact for French- and English-speaking clients on service and billing questions, following each issue through to closure. I also maintain operational dashboards for volume, resolution, and escalations while coordinating daily with operations to keep cycles on schedule.
I’m moving into ocean freight with hands-on experience in documentation control, cross-party coordination, delivery tracking, record reconciliation, and early client communication. I work daily in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and cross-referencing across platforms.
