At B-ON and e.Volution, I supported the full employee lifecycle for distributed workforces of approximately 240 and 80 employees across Europe and the US. I partnered with managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, employment law, recruitment, offers, and onboarding through remote-first and EOR models.
I've owned HRIS administration, reporting accuracy, multi-country payroll oversight, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Previously at Actic Fitness, I led HR for Germany and Austria, supporting around 220 employees as part of the local management board.
I also bring hands-on leadership experience from managing and developing retail teams of 15–22 employees, with a foundation in employment law, business psychology, and business administration.
