At Grab, I lead growth insights and planning for GrabFood, building new product initiatives and strategies that connect product performance, user funnels, merchant growth, and commercial investment.

I manage business plans for 10 international fast-food and pizza chains and P&Ls for 80 enterprise QSR merchants, including 23 multinational chains generating more than $400K in daily top-line performance. I forecast growth, allocate investment, track revenue and ROI, and develop brand-level insights that inform executive decisions.

Previously at Lazada Vietnam, I planned and executed search-boosting strategies for LazMall merchants, optimized campaign visibility, and ran local A/B tests for regional product initiatives. I also supported search feature operations, keyword optimization, merchant incubation, and product localization.

I enjoy solving commercial problems through data, experimentation, and practical automation. I use SQL, Excel, Google Workspace, and AI tools including Cursor, Codex, and Claude Cowork to accelerate analytics and deliver daily insights for Product, Commercial, and Regional teams.
