At Ahamove, I own analytics for the Platform team across POI, geocoding, routing, and dispatching. I defined dispatching health metrics and investigate failures across supply, matching logic, and address quality.

At Be Group, I ran 15+ A/B and shadow tests across pickup suggestions, search, and ETA. My work reduced Pickup Override Rate from 38% to 25%, lifted GMV by 0.8%, and helped cut pickup ETA MAPE from 35% to 20% at roughly 650K daily orders.

Previously at Timo Digital Bank, I built data models, pipelines, 50+ automated dashboards, and anomaly detection for lending and onboarding funnels. I helped standardize KPIs across Product and Risk while reducing incident detection from days to minutes.

I use SQL, Python, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows with Claude and Cursor to move from analysis to product decisions faster. I’m focused on scalable analytics that improve real customer experiences.
