I've cleaned, validated, and annotated customer support data, turning ticket records into a dashboard for tracking volume, data quality issues, priorities, categories, and resolution time.

In my practical project, I identified missing values, duplicate records, invalid emails, inconsistent city names, and incomplete ticket information. I created validation rules to classify records as Valid, Needs Review, or Invalid, and documented the cleaning process, annotation rules, and insights.

I'm a Data Science graduate from the University of Jordan with hands-on skills in Python, R, SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and reporting.

I'm interested in entry-level data entry, data quality, data annotation, back office operations, virtual assistance, and reporting work where careful organization and accuracy matter.
