What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success or account management role where I can strengthen client relationships, improve adoption of digital tools, solve operational challenges, and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service.

At Portalia (Mantu Group), I manage a portfolio of 85+ consultants and clients, building strong relationships, satisfaction, and retention.

I'm the primary contact for operational topics including invoicing, payroll processes, compliance, contracts, and digital tools. I support clients in using internal platforms effectively, conduct regular follow-ups, and help resolve issues before they affect long-term partnerships.

Previously at Concentrix (American Express), I conducted KYC verification and compliance checks, guided merchants through onboarding requirements, and maintained accurate records supporting continued AMEX acceptance.

My background also includes customer support at Intelcia (SFR), where I resolved technical and account-related issues through chat and email. I work fluently in French and English and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
