Currently, I’m working as a Contact Center Representative for Vodacom Lesotho (through Citrus Group), where I manage high call volumes, help customers with their queries, and make sure every interaction ends on a positive note. Think of me as the calm voice on the other end of the line who’s ready to help — and hit those KPIs while I’m at it!
Before that, I was an Administrative Assistant and Call Centre Agent at Wealth Centre Lesotho. From scheduling meetings and managing calendars to connecting with over 100 leads daily on social media, I stayed organized, efficient, and people-focused — all while supporting a busy team.
Earlier in my journey, I held an admin role at MM Building and Maintenance, where I handled everything from calls and correspondence to office supplies. I quickly learned that a well-organized workspace makes a big difference — and I took pride in making that happen.
I hold a BA in Development Studies and Sociology and have completed CPD-certified courses in Customer Care Skills and Administrative Support. I’m proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, CRM systems like One Contact CC and Vx-view, and I'm confident with remote tools like Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
