What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging post where I can earn my professional expertise and use my professional qualification to improve customer service operations and contribute to the betterment of the organization.

I currently work at Meezan bank Limited as B.S.O (Operation) (Senior Officer-1), handling all operation activities related to customer services. I manage funds transfer, clearing, pay orders, CDR, cheque book, and vendor bill payments while ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing.

I’m also experienced in RTGS, ITRS, Form R, FTT, and Inward Remittance, with good knowledge of CRM (unison) software. In my day-to-day work, I handle TDR certificates make and balancing, and I support lockers handling and balancing to keep operations compliant and error-free.

Before my current role, I served as Chief Cash officer (Officer 1) at Meezan Bank Limited, managing cash over counters, ATM balancing and replenishment, and home remittances over counter (MEX, Western Union, etc.). I previously worked as Assistant. Accountant at Wadi Kashmir Factory Wood Products in Saudi Arabia, handling accounts on Excel and SMAC software, preparing sales invoices, managing petty cash, and transferring employee salaries via internet banking.
