I’m looking for an operations role where I can apply compliance-focused, high-accuracy processing and documentation skills. I enjoy high-volume workflows, clear SOPs, and cross-functional coordination, and I want to grow in banking or supply chain operations.

I’m an operations professional with experience in frontline banking and logistics, where I handle high-volume transactions, documentation, and process coordination with strong attention to detail. As a Branch Service Officer, I manage cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque processing while delivering efficient, customer-focused issue resolution.

I bring a compliance-first mindset to every workflow—ensuring strict adherence to bank policies, SBP regulations, security procedures, and internal controls. I also own cash balancing and end-of-day reconciliation, including vault/ATM cash management with a zero-tolerance approach to discrepancies.

Before banking, I supported daily shipment operations at M&P Express Logistics by coordinating booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery status updates, while maintaining accurate records of consignments and PODs. I’m grounded in a BBA in Supply Chain Management and I’m reliable in maintaining data accuracy, meeting deadlines, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations through clear documentation and Excel-based tracking.
