At Trendsetters Travel, I independently managed end-to-end coordination of international school group tours, working with schools, parents, suppliers, airlines, and accommodation providers.

I developed and maintained Excel trackers for participant data, payments, documentation status, and reconciliations. I also prepared costings, quotations, financial reconciliations, reports, and presentations.

As a Reading Therapist at GoFocus Learning Centres, I delivered structured remedial therapy while keeping detailed records and tracking progress. The role reinforced my focus on documentation and ethical communication with stakeholders.

I hold a BSc in Human Physiology, Genetics and Psychology and recently completed GCP certification. I'm interested in science-driven, process-focused environments where I can apply my coordination experience and continue developing my knowledge of clinical research and research operations.
