At Genius Premium Tuition, I managed a portfolio of 30+ clients, overseeing relationships and ongoing needs. I handled the full sales cycle, from initial consultation through onboarding and continued client management.
I led and mentored teams, and built relationships with clinical stakeholders to strengthen referral pipelines. I also conducted client intake assessments and created individualised programmes.
In my current work exchange in Thailand and Vietnam, I support daily hostel and homestay operations, including guest relations, bookings and payments. I coordinate guest activities and events, and work with management to identify operational needs and implement practical solutions.
At The Foundation Clinic, I co-facilitated support groups for vulnerable individuals. I completed a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology at The South African College of Applied Psychology.
