I am a highly organized and motivated research and operations professional with a National Diploma in Office Management and Technology and hands-on experience in NGO research, administration, and data management.
I have coordinated study implementation, ethics submissions, stakeholder engagement, and logistics while ensuring data quality and compliance. I regularly transcribe, translate (isiZulu–English), code data in Atlas.ti, and manage participant recruitment and scheduling.
