At Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes, I lead weddings, corporate conferences, and large-scale resort events from booking through execution. I was promoted from Coordinator to Catering & Event Manager within one month based on my leadership and operational performance.

I manage client relationships, contracts, timelines, BEOs, and on-site logistics while partnering with culinary, banquet, front office, housekeeping, engineering, and AV teams to deliver seamless luxury hospitality experiences.

Previously at Omni Hotels & Resorts, I supported high-volume front desk operations at a AAA Four Diamond property, managing reservations, VIP arrivals, guest profiles, billing, and service recovery through OPERA PMS.
