Nok Khamsay

Field Technician focused on accurate pole/OSP data collection and GIS-driven analysis that clients trust.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Field Technician with a strong record of delivering precise field survey data and turning it into usable insights for design and engineering teams. At SQUAN, I traveled to job locations across the US, collected pole information with an IKE device, and maintained strict safety and protocol compliance.
I’m especially proud of my quality-first workflow: I capture and double-check attachment heights, spans, pole tags, and Make Ready notes before final submission, and I document underground facilities on ArcGIS. I also support team success by training new hires in the field so they can perform accurately, communicate effectively, and maintain consistent job security.
Before SQUAN, I worked as a 1099 Field Technician with MNL 2 Enterprises, collecting OSP utilities according to SOW, verifying and correcting information in the field, and updating work in BLUE-BEAM. Earlier in my career, I served as an Operations Manager for Roadrunner Disposal Services and a Store Manager for CAM Wrench, where I handled accounts payable/receivable, payroll, operations planning, vendor relationships, and daily execution—experience that keeps my field work organized, accountable, and client-ready.
