What I'm looking for
I’m a Patient Services Representative with experience coordinating patient care through scheduling, orders, and follow-up. I answer and route incoming calls, schedule modality exams, clarify and obtain correct physician orders, enter orders, and support insurance authorizations to keep appointments on track. I also send referring providers reports and film to ensure continuity of care.
Before this, I worked as a Senior Medical Receptionist/Technician, where I greeted patients, checked them in, created and updated profiles and charts, and followed up after visits to confirm satisfaction. I managed CLIA-approved vitals, maintained an organized and clean workspace, and completed audits from the medical director and auditors. Alongside my medical experience, I’ve led teams as an Assistant Manager in retail—supervising associates, managing reports and schedules, handling cash and payroll, merchandising, and ensuring customers are consistently satisfied.
