What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused parts management role where I can apply inventory and sales expertise, lead teams, and grow within a safe, efficient organization.

I am a parts and service manager with hands-on experience supporting commercial vehicle and equipment operations. I currently manage customer parts needs, drive department sales, and maintain long-term client relationships.

I have progressed through front-counter, back-counter, warehouse, and driver roles, which gives me end-to-end parts and inventory expertise. I’ve supported technicians, researched parts for repair orders, and used an advanced WMS to maintain accurate stock levels.

I lead by ensuring inventory accuracy, timely service, and strong customer satisfaction while meeting inventory and revenue objectives. I’m forklift certified, OSHA-trained, and hold S/P2 Mechanic Safety certification to prioritize safe operations.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, and inventory management systems. I’m seeking opportunities where I can apply my operational experience to improve parts processes and support customer-focused teams.
