I’m a results-driven US accounting professional with 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end bookkeeping for US-based clients. I specialize in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and accurate month-end and year-end close work.

In my current role at IBN Technologies Limited, I manage complete bookkeeping for multiple US clients using QuickBooks Online. I record and classify daily transactions, prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports, and ensure everything is completed in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

I also own key accounting processes including bank, credit card, loan, and balance sheet reconciliations, plus AP workflows like vendor bills and payment processing and AP reconciliations. On the AR side, I handle invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations, while preparing journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and month-end adjustments.

What I value most is quality and collaboration: I coordinate directly with US clients to resolve accounting issues, review junior accountants’ work before final submission, and mentor a team of 2–5 junior accountants to meet deadlines. I’m motivated by continuous improvement—supporting bookkeeping cleanup, catch-up accounting, and migration projects, and identifying process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.
