I’m a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Level 1 & Level 2) with experience supporting daily bookkeeping and accounting operations, including reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting workflows.

In my current role as an Accountant & Bookkeeper at Sagepath Diagnostic Lab, I manage invoicing and expense recording, categorize transactions, and process AP/AR while monitoring outstanding balances and vendor payments.

I handle bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records, and I support general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end close activities. I also prepare financial summaries, expense tracking reports, and account schedules using Excel.

I’m comfortable with U.S. GAAP basics, W-9 documentation, and 1099 vendor tracking, and I collaborate remotely with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies quickly. I’ve also built a QuickBooks Online practice project covering a restaurant accounting workflow, including AP/AR recording and P&L and balance sheet reporting.
