What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an accounting role where I can own end-to-end bookkeeping, reconcile accounts accurately, process payroll, and deliver timely financial reports for clients using tools like QuickBooks Online and Xero.

I’m a results-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, month-end close, payroll processing, and financial reporting for US-based clients. I focus on accuracy, timely reporting, and resolving reconciliation discrepancies.

In my current role, I manage complete bookkeeping for multiple US-based clients, handling bank/credit card/loan and merchant reconciliations across platforms like PayPal, Stripe, and Shopify. I execute month-end close, prepare P&L and balance sheets, process payroll, and support Accounts Payable activities including vendor invoices.

Previously, I managed client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Xero, recording journal entries and handling AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations. Earlier, I maintained daily accounting records, supported GST accounting and invoicing, and assisted with monthly and year-end closing—continually improving my organization, analytical skills, and adaptability to new accounting systems.
