What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote US bookkeeping/QuickBooks specialist role where I can manage reconciliations, AP/AR, invoice workflows, payment application issues, and month-end close—while partnering with US clients to keep financials accurate.

I’m a detail-oriented accounting professional with 18 years of experience, including 2 years of US accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and 16 years of Indian accounting experience. I specialize in keeping accurate books for US clients, resolving discrepancies, and supporting monthly close with confidence and consistency.

In my current role as a US Accounting Support (Remote) QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Feb 2024 – Present), I maintain bookkeeping records for US clients in QuickBooks Online. I perform bank and credit card reconciliation, verify time sheets, prepare invoices, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, clear unapplied payments and uncategorized transactions, and import/categorize transactions from bank feeds. I also assist in preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and financial summaries, and coordinate with clients to obtain missing financial data.
