I've supported end-to-end US accounting for small and mid-size clients at Graphite, Wipfli, and Consero Solutions, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.

At Graphite and Wipfli, I prepared close schedules, journal entries, balance sheet workpapers, P&L and balance sheet analysis, deferred revenue schedules, accrued income, and financial trend analysis. I also worked directly with US teams through bi-weekly meetings to clarify updates and maintain accurate client accounting.

I've processed AP bills, applied expense codes, scheduled vendor payments, created invoices, applied customer deposits, resolved vendor and customer queries, and maintained bank, credit card, vendor, AR, prepaid, and accrued-expense reconciliations.

I'm focused on making close processes more reliable through standardized checklists, recurring-entry automation, early pre-close reviews, process documentation, tracker management, and controls to prevent duplicate bill processing. I use QuickBooks, Intacct, Bill.com, Ramp, Fathom, Floqast, Tally, and Excel to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.
