I’m looking to apply my sales/marketing leadership and data-driven analysis, supported by strong customer service and financial management, to grow revenue and improve community-focused outcomes in a team that values initiative.

I’m a Sales and Marketing Manager and co-owner with hands-on experience turning market insights into results. With a BSc in Midwifery, I combine structured thinking, communication, and practical research skills to solve real problems.

In my sales and marketing role, I define marketing strategies for newly imported products, consistently gaining about 13 new customers each quarter. I analyze buying habits and monitor market trends to increase sales by 15% yearly, while also training and supervising 2–3 employees in face-to-face marketing, advertising, data collection, and sales.

I also drive operational efficiency by devising and implementing cost-saving strategies that reduced monthly operational expenses by 20% within one year. I lead customer service by answering calls and messages, supporting positive reviews, and encouraging regular purchases.
