I was made co- founder and head of the operations team. In this role, I was responsible for successfully building a team of extension service officers to deliver and create value through engagements with farmers in daily interactions.

I led a team of 15 customer service agents and 6 marketing officers to attend to over 300 weekly customer requests and issue over 400 ATM cards weekly. Influenced and drove the marketing team to initiate, plan and execute marketing skills to individuals, small and medium scale businesses and corporations.

As a Business Analyst, I identified key problems within the Agriculture sector and developed a series of Business strategies for the company to work with . With this knowledge, I developed insightful recommendations on three key areas of Education, Financing and Market access . I also help to identify and reach out to 300 small holder farmers through stakeholder engagements.

As Financial Analyst, I worked with high potential business startups and developed financial analysis and generated insightful recommendations, presented to top management staff to take valuable action. I developed the financial analysis to help two of those startups to raise roughly $10m in series A funding.

In this role, I managed a team of 18 staff to process over 3000 weekly transactions for customers and developed financial modelling tools to monitor cash dynamics and vault management. I also ideated and submitted over 4 innovative product ideas through the banks idea management platform and 2 were scaled up to the top level executives.

I joined Remok as a Business Analyst and provided virtual and physical Business support to over 300 small scale buisnesses across 6 different african countries. This was done through financial analysis and presentation to help business owners generate insights.
