As Store Director at Bobbles and Lace Boutique in Lagos, I managed full store operations, sales strategy, team coaching, inventory, merchandising, CRM, and weekly business reporting. I focused on premium service and personalized VIP clienteling while improving UPT, ATV, conversion, and repeat business.

At Emaar Dubai Mall and Fashion Avenue, I managed more than 45 staff across luxury boutiques and kiosks, strengthening operational efficiency, revenue performance, stock control, loss prevention, and client retention. I also led VIP and UHNW sales, high-value transactions, and performance-development programs.

My experience also includes Rolex and Dolce & Gabbana, where I delivered high-value sales, built long-term UHNW relationships, led private client events, and managed teams across more than 25 luxury brands. I grew a client database by 30% through CRM and clienteling strategy.
