I’m an IT professional who thrives in challenging environments and enjoys growing with the organization. My career has focused on keeping systems stable, resolving issues quickly, and supporting day-to-day operations with dependable IT services.

I’ve worked across healthcare and training organizations, including roles as a Front Office executive and Business executive earlier in my career. Later, I moved fully into IT, starting as an I.T. Executive and progressing to I.T. Head, where I managed responsibilities with a hands-on approach.

In my most recent roles, I’ve handled operating systems and server environments, Microsoft Office tools, and practical support tasks like hardware/networking, software installation, Windows formatting, and troubleshooting. I’ve worked with tools such as Internet/e-mailing/file sharing and supported users through practical, outcome-focused fixes.

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can keep delivering strong IT support, take ownership of infrastructure and issue resolution, and keep enhancing my technical skills alongside the company’s growth.
