What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support or cloud support role where I can own end-to-end incidents in Azure and Microsoft 365, automate repetitive ops with PowerShell, and contribute to enterprise migrations while staying strongly accountable for SLA/SLOs.

I’m an IT support professional with 1+ year of hands-on experience providing end-user and production support across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows-based infrastructure. I manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Intune device management, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 administration to keep access and services reliable.

In my role at ProArch IT Solutions, I handle IT incidents end-to-end through Zoho ticketing, monitor services with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, and improve operations by automating onboarding, access reviews, and reporting with PowerShell. I support enterprise migrations for 500–1000 users, perform root cause analysis after incidents, and maintain SLA/SLO compliance through proactive, data-driven reporting.
