What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead international contracts, corporate development and strategic transformation in an industrial business where I can connect commercial, administrative and operational teams.

At F.I.M.I., I govern complex €5–30M engineer-to-order industrial contracts across global markets, with more than €700M negotiated and managed end-to-end. I have recovered €300M and defended €660M in contract value through claims, variation orders and settlement negotiations.

I also led FIMI India's incorporation after closing €50M+ in Indian contracts, coordinate post-acquisition integration and corporate governance programmes, and support an extraordinary corporate transaction. I bring commercial, administrative and operational teams together to strengthen contract risk management, compliance and digital processes.
