As a Customer Success Executive at Cnergyis Infotech India Pvt Ltd, I supported clients using software systems. Earlier, at Karishma Marine Solutions Pvt Ltd, I progressed from Trainee Software Support Executive to Software Support Executive.

My software support experience includes Learning Management Systems, Human Resource Management Systems, stock management systems, and a lung health mobile application. I troubleshot client issues, supported clients through calls, email, and ticketing tools, and helped implement software modules.

My project experience includes online pathological software using Visual Studio (VB.NET) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008, and a GuitarApp with Chord Progression using Android Studio and Java.
