What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior leadership role where I can own complex programme delivery, govern AI-augmented workflows responsibly, and build scalable technical documentation and PMO operating systems that accelerate execution and executive alignment.

I've spent 15+ years making sure complex, high-stakes programmes actually ship — across global aerospace (SAFRAN, Airbus A320neo and Boeing 787), Fortune 500 consumer goods (Whirlpool), and India's largest live entertainment platform (BookMyShow, 50M+ users).

Most recently I led programme delivery for two of the most operationally demanding events India has seen: Coldplay's India tour (Live Nations partnership) and ICC World Cup 2026 ticketing (BCCI partnership). Both involved managing external client relationships, C-suite scope changes landing at midnight, and six cross-functional engineering teams — Payments, international banks, DevOps, SRE, Data, and Personalisation — all running simultaneously against a concert or match date that does not move. I ran formal readiness reviews and UATs at every milestone. Both launched without a critical incident.

Before BookMyShow, I spent eight years as a Senior Engineer on Airbus A320neo and Boeing 787 programmes at SAFRAN, then moved into programme management roles at BE Aerospace (Collins), Esterline, and Whirlpool. That engineering background means I can read a technical architecture discussion and identify programme risk that a non-technical PM would miss.

I also served as TPM for BookMyShow's Data Science and Personalisation team — coordinating ML model rollouts and experimentation cycles alongside my broader portfolio leadership. I've embedded Claude, Gemini, and Cursor into my daily PMO and documentation workflows.

I'm currently on a planned career break and actively seeking remote Head of Delivery, Principal TPM, or Senior Programme Manager roles. Available immediately.
