I’m looking for a senior leadership role where I can own complex programme delivery, govern AI-augmented workflows responsibly, and build scalable technical documentation and PMO operating systems that accelerate execution and executive alignment.

I build the operating layer that separates ambitious organisations from ones that actually deliver. With 16+ years spanning global aerospace programmes, defence avionics, commercial cabin systems, consumer appliances, and entertainment-tech, I own end-to-end programme leadership from delivery precision to executive stakeholder orchestration.

I’m AME-qualified and AS9100-certified, with internationally deployed experience across France, Belgium, and the USA. I’ve led regulated, multi-team, multi-geography environments—translating technical complexity into board-level and C-suite decision inputs.

At BookMyShow, I led technical programme strategy and delivery across live entertainment and discovery, scaling a technical team and establishing an org-wide technical programme delivery model. I founded and scaled the Technical Writing function (API guides, product specs, user stories, release notes) to eliminate developer ambiguity and standardize documentation.

I also layer AI governance expertise onto my programme foundation—embedding AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Cursor) into PMO workflows and technical documentation pipelines to improve report generation, documentation accuracy, and programme communication quality.
