I'm looking to build scalable HR operations, talent systems, and inclusive employee experiences while partnering closely with business and HR leadership.

At Prudential plc, I’m helping stand up the India Health business entity by building HR operations, Workday, compliance frameworks, and policies for a ~150-headcount organization. I also lead HR operations and benefits for a ~250-employee GCC, connecting HR, Finance, HR Tech, and business leaders.

I’ve improved HR delivery across Tata Trusts, Danone India, Godrej & Boyce, and ITC. My work includes reducing recruitment and HR operations turnaround time by 25%, designing PwD hiring plans, building recruitment pipelines, and shaping learning, succession, and talent-management systems.
