What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead teams, coordinate operations, communicate with stakeholders, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

I've led frontline operations at Kroger Corporation, managing a team of 25 employees, supporting employee training, handling accounting, and coordinating financial transactions with external vendors.

As Field Director for Kevin Hertel's Michigan State Senate campaign, I led daily field operations for 4–6 organizers and more than 50 volunteers. I developed field strategy, managed payroll and reporting, analyzed voter data, and executed high-turnout Get Out the Vote programs.

I've also conducted direct voter outreach for the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights Union, supporting endorsed candidates, policy initiatives, community engagement, and GOTV efforts.
