Jordan Hughes

I’ve managed progressive campaigns in Monroe County and Rochester, directing neighbor-to-neighbor outreach, volunteer field crews, and day-to-day strategy. From the Nick Coffee for Gates primary to Kelly Cheatle’s City Council race, I’ve run canvassing, phone banking, event organizing, and voter outreach while representing the campaign with voters, volunteers, and outside groups.

Most recently, I co-directed Marvin Stepherson for County Legislature as Organizing Director, building long-term political strategy with the campaign team and coordinating field/ground operations for a coalition-backed win. I also served as co-chair of the Rochester Chapter of the New York Working Families Party—planning endorsement processes, organizing meetings and press events, creating social media channels, and supporting multiple endorsed city council candidates.
